well...since I last posted on here, things have got a lot better. I still have bad days here and there but I'm on a 12 week phased return back to work & I can feel the old me slowly coming back :-) I'm going out doing things, seeing friends, had a couple of weekends away & I'm only about 8-9 weeks post surgery. Things are so much better. I've got an mri scan on the 25th as I'm still getting debilitating headaches so I just want some reassurance more than anything that it's normal at this point. Other than that, I'm learning my limits & life is deffo a whole lot better. Having a positive attitude gets u everywhere & it's helped me massively to be this well in such a short space of time :-) I know iih will always be here but, for now folks, I'm gonna concentrate on getting my life back to as normal as it will get. Remember though, positivity & guidance gets u everywhere. U control ur iih, ur iih does not control u :-)

1 week post setting change
I've had a whole week of feeling good yay :-) so excited! I'm also going back to work, part time, next week :-) fingers crossed this lasts :-)

good news :)
I had my settings changed on wednesday at my follow up appt and I am feeling pretty good now. I am going back to work, part time, in less than 2 weeks, which is exciting! just shows that things can get better for u :)

A new beginning
Well I'm just over 4 weeks post op and I'm still having days which are hurrendous but today is NYE & 2014 is gonna be my year :-) wishing u all a very happy, healthy & prosperous new year xx

3 weeks post op
Well things are going ok..I'm still getting good and bad days but it's still early days. I have a follow up in jan to see how things are going, so fingers crossed things will have settled down and I'll be able to get back to work, be it part time or full time. I can see 2014 being my year!
So all that's left for me to say for this year is merry christmas xx
